It was a rather lengthy visit. Arrived at 11am and appt ended at 1:45pm on February 2, 2018. Long delay in waiting room following administration of eye drops to dialate pupils along with 8 other patients. One lady was in a wheelchair and a couple of patients stood in the waiting room because they had been sitting for so long. No explanation was given but I did get an apology for the wait.
I've been going to Dr Astrucc for years and his nurses are AMAZING!!! When I had to get injections in my eye they explained each step to me, I had butterflies in my stomach and his nurse held my hand. You don't feel a thing at all. Your in the hands of great doctors and friendly staff. I always recommend people to go see them.
They're good! Friendly staff. Incredible service. It was my first visit on yesterday (long day) but worth it in the end. Dr. Tabassian was very thorough and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend him. Awesome specialist!!
I have been a patient of Dr. O'Keefe's for a few years. This time around I had to have surgery and he explained everything in detail. patiently answering my husband's many questions. The surgery went flawlessly and the I was back at work after 2 weeks. Dr. O'Keefe is excellent at what he does and is great with patients. The entire staff - front desk, technicians, surgery coordinators were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout this process. Great doctor and staff. I was very comfortable. I was so comfortable I fell asleep before the procedure. I have to return in six weeks to have another injection. This time I won't be nervous at all.
