This office was extremely crowded and I wasn't let in for hours even though I scheduled an appointment months ago. It was 10 am and we had to wait for 20 more people in the office. Additionally, their office is n the 3rd floor but the elevator to get there doesn't working by the time we arrive there. My mom had appointment for 10 am but she has to see the doctor 2 hrs after. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

My appointment was at 10am, currently STILL waiting to be seen by doctor (1 and a half wait). Very sad decor, looks run down. Staff don’t seem happy. Two waiting areas always seem to be full of patients waiting. Had to stand a couple of times to give my chair to older patients. Would not recommend this place.
