Two stars for office management and lack of concern for patient’s time. I was referred to Dr. Jain by a neurologist to do an ultrasound on my eyes. I scheduled an appointment and waited 2 hours to be seen by Dr. Jain, which left no time to do the ultrasound as it “wasn’t set up” even though my referral mentioned that’s what I was there for and I mentioned it while scheduling the appointment. I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for 8+ years. He is one of the finest physicians who has ever treated me. He takes the time to explain treatment procedures and options and has always been responsive to questions between scheduled appointments. The staff is excellent and easy to work with. I feel fortunate to have him as my retina specialist.

The office staff are all friendly, helpful, and kind. I saw Dr. Michael Ammar and he was outstanding, both in his bedside manner and his skills as a retinal surgeon. It can be scary to have your eyes worked on, but he put me at ease, and I had complete confidence in him. I highly recommend if you have any retinal problems, this is the place to go.
