I had around some balance payment to make due to some confusion and going back and forth with insurance. Was signed up for 2-3 installment payment On the treatment day in the front desk they said “ I won’t get the treatment bless I pay full…” Very rude and harsh.
Dr. Patel is amazing, kind and understanding and speaks to you like your part of the family. Staff is very friendly as well. Last time I was impressed with how fast they navigated me through the check-in and check-up process. Thank you and your team!
The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Musa was easy to talk to and is a great listener. I highly recommend this clinic.
