Their call center staff is scheduled‘s appointments and takes any incoming calls to the center for a terribly group. They all need to be retrained or fired. The staff in the office are sometimes OK in majority of the time they’re very rude. I don’t think any patient should have to deal with any of this at the end of the day. I have been seen by your office for over a year first being in Modesto and now Fairfield. The front office staff is night and day . In Modesto they are pleasant and engaging. Today in Fairfield the receptionist was not pleasant. When you as a patient say Good morning and you are nervous as it us you expect the same kindness from the medical staff especially A simple Good morning. I am a manager and deal with customer service

This physician is beyond 5plus. He cares about his patients, is very thorough, keeps patient up to date. I am so grateful to this group of doctors, I have Macular Degeneration, and have been treated for 11 years and still have my eyesite.
