Dr. Ghiassi is very warm and friendly yet professional. She’s upbeat and always calls me by name and asks how I am. Her communication skills are excellent when explaining films and her technical skill when administering injections is quick and painless. She’s great
Their call center staff is scheduled‘s appointments and takes any incoming calls to the center for a terribly group. They all need to be retrained or fired. The staff in the office are sometimes OK in majority of the time they’re very rude. I don’t think any patient should have to deal with any of this at the end of the day. The staff needs to be fired and.
I have been seen by your office for over a year first being in Modesto and now Fairfield. The front office staff is night and day . In Modesto they are pleasant and engaging. Today in Fairfield the receptionist was not pleasant. When you as a patient say Good morning and you are nervous as it us you expect the same kindness from the medical staff especially A simple Good morning. I am a manager and deal with customer service
