Service provided did not meet my expectation. Patient flow is inefficient, several rooms for eye exams with no privacy, some exam chairs used were office chairs with wheels that present a risk for falling. Inexperienced techs (retake of pics), only 2 doctors to handle high volume of patients. Doctors were constantly on their cell phone btwn seeing next patient. No attention to detail of pt complaint/diagnosis. Provided provider referral notes to facilitate understanding reason for visit and they kept asking why are you here.... read more
Very responsive and caring staff. Really appreciate the quick assessment, treatment and follow up.
Dr. Pile- Spellman was great as was the staff.
