Staff is friendly but they habitually overbook appointments, leaving you in the waiting room 30-45 minutes past your appointment time. I've had to wait more than an hour past my appointment time on more than one occasion. Dress for a day in the sun in the Sahara desert. The thermostat in the waiting room is set on blistering. On the plus side, you could bring a frozen pizza in with you. The temps in the waiting room will have that pie cooked and ready long before they finally call your name.
I received friendly, timely and efficient service from all. Dr. Lewis explained everything and asked if I had any questions. I was information about the use of the Amsler grid. However there was some miss information contained on the printout of my copy of the day's visit. (I called back in to inquire about it and was assured my record would be amended immediately)
