Iloved the professional way dr. Tam treated me.
I am totally afraid of going to the dentist although I know it is a requirement to living well. From the front desk to the Hygenist to the Drs., they were all very understanding and did whatever it took to ensure that my experience was a good one. They took their time and answered all of my questions. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
The administrative staff's performance could use some improvement.

The service and the personnel are efficient, warm, polite, etc. My only problem is with the appointments. Upon leaving from an appointment I a followup for about 6 months. As the time gets close I was receiving reminders via email, phone, plus the card I got when the appointment was set up. The times on these mediums were all different. I understand that you are in the process of correcting this problem.
After a successful tooth extraction, I had a small issue with a bone chip - the practice was able to see me quickly and just as quickly fixed the issue as a follow-up to the original extraction. Nearly painless and no stress due to staff and Doctor expertise.
Cleaning service was on time and as usual it was outstanding!
I had a very nice experience yesterday. Uptil now, I always got my worked done by Dr. Griffin, but this time from Cathy. It was different but Good. Partha Sen
