The staff is all warm and welcoming and open to answer any question. Even thought thier specialty is not pediatric dentistry they still take very good care in comforting and treating thier children clientele.
This is a great dental practice. I appreciate the professionalism of the front desk staff who are extremely knowledgable about the insurance submission process and willing to take the time to help you determine the best way to manage your treatment plan. I have seen both hygenists and have found them each to be respectful of the patient's needs and wonderful practitioners as well. An added plus to this office is that the treatment areas are separate rooms, so that the patient has privacy during their appointment.
I really like the staff. Dr Tam is great.
Dr. Gonzales done a great job in the fillings of my two front teeth. It was amazing, looked like real.
I have had so much work done on my teeth and you would think that I wouldn't be nervous, but removing a tooth kind of scared me! I was so nervous when I went in there. It took longer to drive there than it did to remove the tooth (this depends on the condition of the tooth, each person varies). The doc who did the removal talked to me the whole time, telling me what I was hearing and that it was normal. He did an excellent job. I am sore the very next day and not in serious pain.
