I miss when the office use to open at 7:30 in the mornings.
Dr. Gilbert and staff were very accommodating and available for patient care. Even though I though my appointment was for 11:50, but was 11:40, they we able to see me. I miss seeing Susan, I hope she is feeling better. thank you, Debra
I completed stage one of a root canal on a back molar. Dr. Gonzalez and staff were very professional. They made me feel at ease, as I was quite nervous. They were patient as they explained everything that would take place, and answered any questions that I had. The first stage of the procedure was a breeze. It was over before I knew it. Best dental experience I've ever had!
The staff was very friendly (leaving out names for privacy). They rearranged the schedule to get an initial visit and a cleaning in the same slot. Was initially informed that an initial assessment and a cleaning are not typically completed together, requiring a second appointment. They worked some magic and now I have clean teeth. thanks.
Staff is very friendly and courteous! And because it is in my Delta Dental insurance network it makes billing and payment very easy:)
