Was ignored had to go find a person and ask for the keys the sales person didn’t even come outside
Dealer was very good with communicating, unfortunately the car sold before I could get there to look at it. They were very honest about it's condition
Had a lot of cars within my kid's budget. Dealer was helpful, but did not buy.
I did purchase the vehicle. The people there were very professional and were working very hard to make their inventory presentable as a result of a snow storm. I was disappointed that I did not receive a signed title after the perchase other than a receipt for the purhase as I had anticipated. They did commit to mailing me a title via certified mail the folowing week. I purchased the vehicle this past Saturday, 1/19. Today is 1/24 and I haven't received it to date.
I had a great experience with this carrier. The team was helpful and extremely accommodating for my ore schedule. The truck was in line with their description. This was an all around great experience.
They were friendly and easy to talk to. Although I did not purchase a vehicle my experience was good.
Answered my question promptly. Wasn't the vehicle for me. Odometer didn't work.
Very nice people, I bought a vehicle from them but the only thing is that I wanted a Jack just in case I catch a flat but they wouldn't give me one but other than that everything is okay and I will be going back to pick up my license plates soon.
