I've lived at Retama Ranch Apartments for about a year and a half now. Very safe, clean, friendly, nice community to live in. Everyone is like family. They have special events every month for the residents. Also have special events for all the residents fur babies and kids, throughout the year. I've never known of any other apts that do so much for their residents. If you have any issues that come up, they're on it in a flash. Great community for adults, kids and pets. You'll love it if you live in Retama Ranch Apts !!!
Moved in a few months ago and I can’t express my gratitude towards management. They have given me and my family not just a place to live but an actual home. The grounds are kept very well-kept, they host weekly get togethers, and the staff knows literally everyone’s name. Mari is the warmest, kindest and friendliest person and Jimmy has been the best maintenance in any apartments I’ve ever lived at. He is fast and always on point.
The staff is awesome and the community is beautiful and conveniently located.
I love this complex! The girls at the front are wonderful and the social events help me to meet new people.
The staff is helpful and the residents are all young professionals or retirees. Very peaceful and clean. Recently renovated and finishing, it looks even better. They have two convenient dog parks where they can run and have fun. My favorite part is that it's 10 minutes from most major locations. They host almost weekly activities for their residents which are great to meet the other residents.
Stormie Castillo is one of the best leasing agents that works at the front. She is very helpful with anything that needs to be addressed. She is very friendly and is willing to help everyone who comes in. The upgrades the apartment complex has gone through is very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to call home. Wine down Wednesday is so much fun tonight with a live band. I love this property so much.
We love this place. This has been home for 3 years. The staff are like family and the residents are like old friends. We are moving to one of Cortland Properties sister sites and Im sure we will feel the same warmth that we have felt here. Thank you for a wonderful first 3 years in Texas.��
