Would love to say that my stay at retama ranch was a pleasant experience but just wait till you move out. They will hit you with as many fees as they possibly can so make sure you take pictures when you move out to prove you cleaned! Not to mention where ever you walk you will find dog waste and we had issues with kids stealing plants from our balcony. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling from a screw hole that stained our entire bath tub with rust and when maintenance came to fix it they just took out the screw. They’ve al... read more

Overall my experience so far has been wonderful and the best I’ve had living in an apartment. maintenance is always onsite and quick if I I have a problem. Management is like family. They take pride in learning your name, you pets names and always smile and offer sincerity when you see them. Weekly events are so much fun! Wine, pool parties, bbq nights and gift wrapping stations. They have done it all

Retama Ranch is a great apartment community in Universal City, TX. Great location with quick access to shopping, Randolph Air Force Base and downtown San Antonio. It’s very quiet and has a nice a pool in the center of the complex. They also have two gas grills for residents that are kept very clean. The staff is very nice and professional and keeps up with residents. They have events in the office clubhouse almost weekly that get a lot of the residents together. Stormie is by far the best and most caring leasing agent. The apartments are the nicest and most affordable in town. Oh! And wine down Wednesdays are a blast!
I have been a resident of Retama Ranch Apartments for the past five months now and I am very satisfied with everything they have offer!!! It all started at a booth at Golds Gym where I got more for information about what they have to offer. Then went to visit the location and floor plans...... (BEAUTIFUL!!)
