Sid Knight is the worst agent we've ever dealt with. He's either lazy or incompetent or both. I first emailed him on Jan 20th asking about a property in Huntsville AL. No response for a whole week. One week later I shoot him a text and he finally responds. It takes 2 days just for us to set up a day to come look at the property. After we look and decide we like the property and want to continue discussions. He barely responds, averaging a single text message a day. Do not lease any property from this management company! We have dealt with them for two years now and they're the absolute worst!
After Multiple calls, emails & visits to this commercial realtor's office, we still have not been able to see the property that we requested, nor could we get a straight answer of any kind from the realtor assigned to the property. I have even called their secretary to acquire as to the random practices used by the realtor and she replied that is their Company Policy.
