Dr. Chen is outstanding. We discussed my situation and figured the best treatment and it's moving along good.

Unfriendly front desk staff. Long wait times; my time was not valued. Very little time spent with the actual Dr. The medical records department is seriously lacking; it took almost 4 weeks to get my medical records to my insurance company. The radiologists may be blind based on my (lack of) diagnosis and care and I gave the surgeon the benefit of the doubt by assuming he never looked at my MRI or xrays. I wish I never gave them a second chance. Going on 4 months post injury and I'm glad I found a better place now.
