Laser removal is very effective and Barbara knows what she's doing. Be warned that light hairs or those with lights roots won't come out as easily and the procedure is not for the faint of heart!
Horrible business. Rude, and uncaring owner. I wish I could give no stars as a rating. I was able to get in for my first appointment but felt uneasy the entire time I was there. The owner didn't introduce herself, had me get undressed and began the treatment on my legs without explanation. It was very painful and she used a highlighter to block off my legs (I'm sure the same highlighter used for every customer, eww). I felt dirty. – When I arrived, there wasn't enough room for everyone to sit in the waiting room. Customer service was subpar. I didn't get any information about the procedure or what I should do to prepare until 2 minutes before my appointment (but fortunately, I've done laser hair removal before). Everything seemed very hurried. There was a tip jar next to the receptionist !?! Good Service, Excellent Results – I have had three treatments so far and have been very happy with the results. I found Results from a Groupon and at first had a hard time getting through to set up an appointment, but now that I am scheduled, there have been no problems. Barbara is very professional- I have had treatments at other centers and have seen some scary things, and poor results! The setting is more "clinical" than "spa", but it gets the job done.
NEVER. AGAIN. – Be sure you do your research. Results Skin Care Center is just wrong on SO many levels and should have their business license revoked. Check ANY other consumer reviews out there like yelp (dot) com for instance and you'll never step foot ANYWHERE near this place!!!
Fantastic! – I have now had two laser hair removal treatments done by Barbara and am so happy with the results! She is the best in the business. Thanks to both her and Monica, they are wonderful! Run, don't walk to Results Skin Care Center!
