Dangerously unprofessional – This was the first time I have ever gone to a laser hair removal establishment. After three excruciating sessions and having my skin crusting over and pealing off after the third time I decided to call it quits and live with the hair
THIS. IS. A. TERRIBLE. PLACE. – Many appalling issues about this place- it would be wise to see if any of the practitioners actually have a license. Purchased a Groupon for a laser hair removal package. Like some other reviewers have said- there was NO patient education done about preparation or after-care. Awful Place! Go somewhere else!!!! Horrible customer service – This lady has awful customer service! Shes a bitch and a half and has no idea how to run a business. Go somewhere else where they treat you well and know what they are doing. The good posts on here are probably from her friends telling lies. They dont even deserve one star. Thrive is a great place to go instead!
