We listed our rental home with this company because the owner is a nearby neighbor. Regardless, it was a bad business move. They charge for site visits that never happen, claim all sorts of destruction and misuse of your property is "normal" and find our requests for answers a nuisance. All they care about is having warm bodies in your property to collect their share of the rent. By being honest and not ripping off the tenants!! The do not response in a timely matter and break rules and regulations from the Nevada Realtors Board!! Watch out for this organization. They go through a plethora of employees and managers. They just think of themselves and not the Owners and Tenants. I have proof in this statement!!
They manage my property in NLV and the cost of the repairs that have been done are overpriced and then they come back and do repairs on the repairs that I must pay for. The communication with Joelle the property manager is terrible, she says she will check into things and she never calls you back. I'm still waiting for an answer from the end of June. I would not recommend renting from Results Realty. When we moved out we received a ridiculous bill and replied with a letter disputing the charges. We didn't hear anything back or get a response to our letter; 2 years later we received a call from a collections agency for the bill.
