I have been hired with this company for about 6 months now I request for shifts often and never get accepted when I reach out to the company about my concerns because I am a available they give no help I’m basically a sitting duck unless you know a aid that knows the management of the facilities your gonna have a hard time trying to simple get accepted for a shift the worst agency I’ve experienced so far
Horrible company to work for. Please don’t waste your time. Many other agencies to choose from.

This company was formally RestUp, I love this app, it's made easy for me to request my shifts. I've been an employee for about a year now and I enjoy the different variety of shifts that come up at different facilities! Since I am busy with everyday life as a single parent/college student/vacation planner I can easily schedule in between my kids schooling and work.
