I was recently referred to Restored Wellness Counseling as part of my health plan and the advocate I work with. I reached out to this organization on Thursday, August 28, explaining the referral and the behavioral health issues I wanted to speak with a professional about. I love my therapist but I have had repetitive issues reaching the reception office during open hours. I've called multiple times and different days (and have left voicemails) this year and they hardly ever pickup. I would really like to see an improvement in reception if this is the only way I can make appointments after much time has passed in between sessions- the improvement of others and my own mental health seriously depends on it.
