I wish more people knew and understood what a blessing it is to have pelvic floor therapy before and after pregnancy! After my first child I experienced pelvic floor pain for almost 2 years. I thought it was normal and something that would eventually fix itself. Guess what, it didn't and it got worse. I decided to hire a therapist when I was 6 months pregnant with my second child. They offered a free zoom class so I decided to attend and see what it’s all about. Whitney was SO informative. I didn’t even realize most pelvic floor issues can be addressed. I booked an appointment immediately after ... read more
