I went to the hospital in a wheelchair because my left leg and hip was in severe pain and my leg was pretty much paralyzed and I wasn't able to move it or use it. I received a series of four shots (lidocaine/steroid) along L3, L4, L5 on each side of the spine. I had immediate positive results! Hopefully, lasting a long time as I age.
Finally a back Dr. that listens! I have had issues for over 11 years, he was the 5th doctor I have seen about the issues and the only one that didn’t want to give me the band aid treatment. After receiving unsuccessful results from injections and RFAs, Dr. Cronin thought it was best to perform a SI fusion. Surgery was scheduled and went smoothly, I was up and walking the same day and was off all prescription meds by day 5 post surgery.
Great experience! Dr. Cronin is a great doctor.
