his place was incredibly disappointing. Mental health care should feel supportive not punishing. My first appointment was on Zoom and I was only 10 minutes late, but they still charged me the full $275 as a “no-show.” They refused to refund or credit it. I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and taken advantage of. I’ll never come back.
