This place is unprofessional, disgusting and should NOT be in business and fire all the employees , the CNAS do not care at all just for a pay check . They Mistreat patients ! Throw patients on the floor , cause bruising on face and other body parts , curse and yell at patients and family members , don’t help patients to use the bathroom and and don’t even call 911 for help ! This place should be ashamed and have proper hiring techniques !!! People are dying from this place that should not .
My mother was there briefly during her rehabilitation from a stroke. If I was not there every day I hate to think of how they would have treated her. I witnessed a CNA throw a patient into their wheelchair and twist her foot because the resident refused to go to physical therapy.
