Unorganized and rude management. Untenable timelines for jobs and an utter lack of respectful communication.
Kevin came out to evaluate water damage from a water pipe leak in a bathroom ceiling. He spent a fair amount of time looking for residual water and inspected the area thoroughly. He was prompt and courteous and provided fair and honest advice. He even took a bit off the stated consult fee since he didn't need to be here long. I was impressed that he didn't try to force a bunch of unneeded repairs on me just to get some work.
The owner is rude and unprofessional. Pass on this company. Not sure how they are still in business. The crew are all great guys. Not sure how they work for him.
