Looking at the other reviews (which I wish I would have read before I placed an order), it looks like my experience is typical. I ordered 2 parts over 2 months ago. They charged my charge card right away. Two weeks later I called to see if it shipped. They tell me it’s on back order. Wait another month and call again. Still on backorder, they’ll try to find another supplier. Finally 3rd time I call and cancel order. 1 week later and no credit on my charge card. Now I placed a complaint with Visa. I ordered a fuel tank kit on 23 Dec 2020 and got confirmation of my order the next day and funds had been charged to my bank account. Several weeks passed and no shipment email follow up, I thought due to the holidays and C-19 I would have a longer than normal wait. I reached out to RPS via their phone; however, no luck, the line was down. I was able to find the company via EBay and sent a message stating I could not reach their customer service via phone. I ordered a bed molding from this company In October of 2021. It was lost in transit by UPS. After many months, UPS confirmed that the item was destroyed in transit and compensated Restoration Parts Source. I was then told by RPS that the trim piece was on backorder and they would ship it to me when back in stock. I waited many more months and finally just asked for a refund for the molding so i could try to buy it somewhere else after waiting over a year. Restoration Parts Source is a distributor who works with several manufacturers - you order from RPS and the manufacturer drop ships your item. I was pleased with pricing at RPS. The long and short of my experience is as follows. The manufacturer shipped my part to the wrong address, it was returned to sender about a day later. I noticed the tracking number I was given was not working about 48hrs i received the "shipped" notification.
