Zyd and Tim of RMS did great job on my house project. Since the house is new construction, the quality requirements are high. Zyd and Tim made multiple trips to the job site and worked very hard on the project. They did not leave until I am happy with the work. Zyd and Tim show their dedication to their work and delivered the project with superb quality!
We started the process of having some ice/water damage with RMS almost a year ago and nothing has been done yet!! They are very unresponsive and do not give status updates at all!! Our home owners insurance has long since approved the money for repairs, but still we have nothing done other than them coming to inspect and take necessary measurements. I have called the owner multiple times about starting a project he gave an estimate on. I have yet to receive a return call. Very telling!
