Restoration Hope has been pivotal in my own health journey and I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone looking for mental health services to the professional and knowledgeable clinicians there. In fact, I send patients in my own practice who are in need of mental health services to Restoration Hope because I know they will be taken care of in an ethical and patient-focused environment. Liked my session with Abby but the front desk shares misleading information. The office manager informed me that my copay would be $24 a session. I paid those sessions in full weekly. A month later the office manager sends me an email stating that she was incorrect and that I actually owe $380 - $121 a session. I have to stop therapy now & wasted that money on a brief introduction. The office manager doesn’t want to make it right & they are fine with losing me as a patient.
Restoration Hope is amazing. The owner, Bethany, has found her life’s work in connecting patients with mental health providers. Their space is warm and inviting. Setting up appointments was easy and my counselor is awesome. Just as we go to physicians for routine physicals, we should also go to counseling for mental health check ins. There is NO ONE who wouldn’t benefit from it! I’m so glad I found Restoration Hope
