We placed an order for a dining room table and chairs in the studio. We had a great initial experience placing our order, but upon receiving the chairs there was a slight issue with them. We contacted the studio and started to work with Alonso Oliver. Alonso made the whole experience so easy and was more than happy to do whatever was needed to fix our small issue with the chairs. I’ve had a frustrating experience with RH delivery, but one great employee solved 2 weeks worth of a headache for me within an hour. After two failed delivery attempts I spoke with, Alonzo Oliver, with RH in SLC. Within in an hour he solved the problem and had a capable team to my front door the following morning. He deserves a raise and a promotion-great customer service, great employee.
