Where do I begin? First off let me say that from the moment that I called Restoration Doctors, they gave me the listening ear that I needed. I had called so many other places in the area, to get help with my toilet leak and overflow but it was just a bunch of fast talking and high prices. Not with these guys! A burst pipe flooded my mother-in-law's Miami condo, and Restoration Doctor saved the day. They arrived in 30 minutes, extracted water, and dried everything thoroughly with professional equipment, preventing mold and damage. Steve and the team were efficient, transparent with pricing, and great with insurance coordination. My place was back to normal in days. Highly recommend for any water emergency in Miami!

Great company for restoration being that the company listens to every detail. They get everything done correctly in a timely manner. They also dont forget the small details and ask questions that even yourself wouldn't ask because you didn't see it. I would recommend this place to anyone including professionals. Give them a try
