Amateur job at best. Ruined our leaf guard screen system. Salesman said they would remove it and reinstall if necessary. Instead they bent it up at the front edge of the gutter, then bent it back down and nailed it to the decking Bullied me for payment without consideration for damages. Sacrificed their integrity, honor, honesty and good will for dollars. Promised an original warranty and lien release when paid in full and didn't provide them. We did no damage to their leaf guard system the original system was old rusted and bent. The crew had taken photos of the original system and when we presented those to the Mr. Koepper became irate. He then made personal derogative comments about our company's faith in god. He became so abusive I would only communicate with him by email. So while this homeowner would not recommend us, I would not recommend any contractor works with him. It was not until I threatened a lien and small claim that he paid his bill.
Great experience! Professional all the way! The property looks better than ever. Thanks for the great job. Would highly recommend this company.

I hired them after hail damage in my area several years ago. They told me I had the BEST crews working on my house. Well, the roof is great! It looks good and there are no leaks. The siding is another matter. About 6 months after the vinyl siding was installed, a piece came loose. I called & they sent someone to fix it. It came loose again several months later. We did Mrs. B******'s roof and siding in 2014. Roofing is work is warrantied for 5 years, siding for 2. I have no services calls from Mrs. B****** asking us to fix her siding. We do a final walk through of the property and have the customers sign off. She signed and said the roofing and siding looked great. While Restor never wants to see unhappy customers, leaving an unfavorable review after five years does not seem realistic. We have had several wind storms with speeds over 60 mph this year. My name is *******. I watch my parents house when they are in Florida during the winter. I noticed something was wrong with the roof. I was referred to Restor by a friend, so I called. I actually met the owner ***** at my parents house and showed him the roof. I told him that I have never dealt with this type of thing in the past. I had noticed many people on my street getting roofs replaced so I called into their office after seeing a number on a yard sign. They arranged an inspection and had H*** and S**** come to my home, on time. They were friendly and showed me pictures of damage that I did not know I had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! These people are crooks! I had to leave a 1 star rating because this did not let me leave no stars. Restor did not communicate scheduling changes to me causing me to put undo stress on my 9 year old Great Dane. They did not order the proper amount of materials and left my roof uncompleted for over a week through 2 rain storms and 1 snow storm. Very disappointed in this business! Brian signed a contract with my company for a marketing project to promote his company. His check for $1,262.00 "bounced". Additionally, we incurred bank charges due to this action as well as artwork that was created for this marketing project. Neither Brian or Stephen with whom I had also previously communicated regarding this project will respond to my requests to correct this situation.
