A young man with a great attitude and full of knowledge was able to provide me with answers to any questions I had amongst coming to my door. The adjustment process was very quick and smooth and amazingly my roof was put ** in only 4 hours! This was my first time putting a roof on my own house and I will definitely be keeping my business with them.

Restor Group was wonderful to work with from beginning to end! This company has been in business for 10 years and it's a family-owned company. I had Restor do my roof after hail damage not quite 2 years ago. With all the snow we received this winter, I now have significant ceiling staining now from snow coming in my vents. Never had this problem before Restor. I have called 5-6 times in the last few weeks and no one answers during business hours so I eventually get transferred to their answer service. The answering service always tells me that they will escalate my call and have someone call me right back. No one has called me back. They had no issues taking the ch... read more

We responded to Mr. S******* warranty call once the snow was melted and it was safe to send a crew to look at the leak he called about. The leak was from flashing around the chimney and not the roof itself.
Called on Monday October 5th and talked to a James T*****. Had his number of 317-410-*!%# listed on a flyer for RESTOR. I saw where numerous houses in my addition was being re-roofed from the hail storm this summer. I talked to Mr. T***** and set up an appointment for Thursday Oct. 8th. Said he would be here between 1:00 - 1:30. At 2:30 I called the main office and talked to some secretary. This is not one of our customers? There are a few customers with Restor in their title. I believe this person may have contacted habitat for humanity, which is probably why he did not get a response.
In August of 2018 I hired this company to remove my cedar shake roof & install a new roof. The roof has leaked from day 1 of final installation. They refuse to fix it and will not return my calls. I finally got ahold of the SUB CONTRACTOR they hired and met with him. He had never worked on the roof & didn't even know it was shakes prior to the new roof. He hired a 2nd SUB CONTRACTOR to do the work. Be aware of this company's practices. !!!!!! If I could choose negative stars I would.

We have been to this home several times. The leak is from a skylight that was never replaced. We do not replace skylights and have said this on multiple occasions. We have 1 crew chief with three crews so the comment about it being a different person that did the original roof is also untrue. This home has been badly maintained, we are not responsible for trades we were not contracted or pay to do.
Shady business tactics. I’ve complained about this company’s unauthorized solicitation already in the last year. It is at it again, in the middle of a global pandemic. I have “no solicitation” signs posted at each door, yet two representatives felt the need to solicit business during a government mandated stay-at-home order. They weren’t wearing masks or gloves. This is not a customer of ours. We are currently working on her neighbors home and were given referrals by this neighbor with their permission to follow up. At no point have we forced anyone to answer their door or pushed our services on anyone. There is storm damage in this neighborhood that needs to be addressed due to the fact it may cause interior leaking which leads to mold. Our salespeople and contractors are wearing gloves and following the 6 foot distancing rules given by CDC.
They are timely. The sales representatives are friendly. The bad review comes from the finance aspect. Their payment invoice was not working correctly and instead of fixing it or just doing a new invoice told me I had to pay using a credit card and would be charged 3% extra.

3% is standard and has always been our policy. We offer check pick up and also an e check option. This customer wanted to use his card to get travel points but wanted me to wave the 3% fee, ultimately costing our company $700 in fees. We are unable to absorb large charges like that but offer several options to pay.
***** was out door to door soliciting today (9/21/19) and after I politely explained that my roof has recently been inspected and I do not have need of his company's services proceeded to make about a 47 point turn in my driveway instead of backing his giant truck out, drove over about $100 of plants, and threw gravel barking his tires. With this sort of behavior when trying to earn business, I can only imagine how little care would be taken once you've committed to working with Restor.

The salesperson was stuck in the driveway and trying to turn around. This is not a customer of ours. We are not mean or aggressive when someone declines inspection, today's no could be tomorrows yes. We would not jeopardize a potential client.
