Our mother passed away January 31st 2021. Which was very unexpected and still questioning why it happened. I went to the funeral home on February 2nd 2021 with my sister, the funeral director was going over paperwork with us as I have done a few times but my sister has not. It has been over six months since my father passed. We still do not have a headstone. The entire end of life process with this company was plagued with mistakes and deceptive practices. They are not a company I suggest anyone doing business with ever. There is a reason they have no BBB rating and what the have is a 1 star. Buyer be aware.

Since there has been new ownership at the bluebonnet in Colleyville. THEY ARE HORRIBLE THEY DONT RETURN PHONE CALLS AND AFTER REVIEWING THE OTHER REVIEWS SEEMS LIKE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!!!! THE HOLD MESSAGE STATES "WE ARE 100% TO COMMUNICATE" BS THEY HAVE ONCE AGAIN LOST MY MOTHERS FLOWERS AND HER SOLOR LIGHT THAT WAS PLACED IN THE VASE THEY HAVE THE CRAP ABOUT BEAUTIFICATION WHAT IS IT THEY ARE ARE BEAUTIFING???????? Families are charged an enormous amounts of money to have their loved ones buried and it is a shame that the park is not using funds to protect what is left for loved ones. Why has Glenn ***** not gotten security or cameras?

Resthaven did not disclose that the benches would be sold when my Mother bought 6 plots in the 1990’s next to a bench and tree. My Mother was so proud of that spot. She loved her final resting place. Now, the bench was sold just to make money. Sold to a disrespectful family who leaves beer cans, both empty and full, chewing tobacco cans, used and full. PARKLAWN, Rockvile MD: I ordered a memorial for my brother's gravesite, paid half, and was told that would earn my brother's marker a place in the cue to be made. I received a bill about two months later asking for small monthly payments. My father passed away in Sept of 2019 my parents had everything handled in advance. Valley of the sun mortuary 1st ordered the wrong size urn then once that was corrected, apparently also ordered the wrong size name plaque. However they failed to notify me of the name plaque. I went on his one year anniversary of passing & to my surprise still no name! Staff at the administration office were rude, incompetent and unprofessional in providing the client services we paid for. First, rather than research their files, they asked to take copies of our file papers; 2) said a vault we purchased was used for another relative which was untrue, 3) indicated that I would owe money for a new vault which was already paid for, and 4) gave conflicting responses regarding Family witnessing the burial which was included in a service fee they said was nonrefundable. I have never in my life felt/witnessed so much insensitivity(I am a friend of a family member), all from an obvious disgruntled employee/person, (abbey or Abigail). If you don't like what you are doing, please for the love of God leave. Please beware, I hate to judge and rate the home based on one employee but here we are :(
