I purchased plots in Grandview Memory Gardens many years ago. My wife died in Florida Dec 30, 2021. Our plans were always to be buried side by side in Grandview. After her death I worked with Sam, the general manger on ordering a bronze memorial marker. All documents were signed and payment was made in full in early March 2022. I have been dealing with Hillsborough Memorial Gardens for over three years now since my sister passed away first off they tried to say her Stones weren't paid for and her lots were not I had to straighten it out then for three years I tried to get a couple Alot's changed over to no avail I faxed in paperwork I've gotten no Deeds people do not call back people come and they go there they quit I would never deal with these people I do not live down there I live out of state and even if I did they would be the last ones in the... read more

We bought our complete package 30 years ago. We met on 12/26/21 and made the plans and decided because of COVID to do a private inside viewing and an outdoor funeral. 1st mistake. It was so nosey outside we couldn't hear the minister speak. I wish we'd been told about this. After the funeral they took my husbands flag inside to refold it and we weren't given it. Absolutely the most horrible customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ordered Marker in June 2021, it is now December 2021, no marker, no answers. Been given the run around for months.

Absolutely the most horrible customer service experience I’ve ever had .. I purchased a head stone for my son in June of 2021 . Linda from dignity memorial in Lake Worth Fl literally danced on my sons grave after we spent two hours trying to find it. She needs sensitivity training. I was assured the head stone will be ready in 3 months. When I called on the 3 months I was told it’s wasn’t ready because I had not made any payments. My sweet mother has been buried for over a year and a half and still no headstone. We celebrated her year anniversary with no headstone. As Filipino tradition, it is very important(special) to see love ones in peace and celebrate death anniversary and shared memories and prayers with the family. My mother passed unexpectedly on September 10th. When working with Laurel Land in Ft. Worth designing her services, we agreed upon a service package which was around $10k. When the funeral advocate went upstairs to run my credit card, she came back down stating that we left a key line item out in our package we created. I argued, as I saw we selected all things correctly and the line item did not add up to the difference of over $12k now. She came back down stating they checked it twice and that was now the price. My mother purchased a plot next to my father at Lakeview & when she passed recently, my husband & I found a contract in her lock box stating that she had purchased a plot as well as a vault in 2004. We were told initially by the staff that she had only purchased the plot. We took the contract we found to the funeral home and were then conveniently told that the contract had been cancelled by my mom at some point.
