My whole house air quit during the last ten days of the June 2024 heat wave. Temperatures in the house tended to be around 88 degrees. I called Mike Restano who came to the house the same day, despite being extremely backed up with air conditioner repairs and installations. I booked an appointment for a furnace cleaning. A technician by the name of Rich came to service my furnace. He was personable and polite, calling before coming, introducing himself and identifying his company. He was careful of my carpet, and went to the basement to begin the cleaning. After assessing the furnace he thought a new water pump would be necessary, but found he could repair the existing one which he did, saving me over $300 dollars. We had an issue with a stripped shower screw that left us with the shower turned on full blast unless we had the water turned off for the whole house. We had tried other companies, and had been promised a service window and been cancelled, etc. We called Restano and Austin was at our house within an hour, fixed the problem, and gave us a very reasonable price. They installed whole house AC; technicians were respectful, polite, cleaned up each day, showed up when they said they would; and did a fantastic job. I've used them for heating and AC issues before and they always did a good job. I highly recommend Restano's for all your plumbing, heating, and cooling needs.

(Cross-posted on Google)We've had two projects done by Restano now. A tank-less water heater install and a major outside underground downspout repair. Both times the work was done promptly and any minor issues were resolved quickly. I usually don't mention names in reviews, but the master plumber who did the work on our outdoor drains (Frank)deserves a mention.
