So relaxing! This space is always extremely clean and welcoming. I feel so relaxed and refreshed when leaving. It’s perfect for a post workout recovery, or to just treat yourself with some relaxation.
I was curious about the sauna room at the Rinse studio, and thought I would give it a try. The staff were very welcoming. Not only was the sauna wonderful and relaxing, but there was also a cold plunge that I spontaneously decided to try! I'd never done a cold plunge before and I was a bit nervous but it was amazingly rejuvenating and I'm so glad I tried it. There are also comfy reclining chairs, a nice changing room, and delicious hot tea available for free. I would definitely go again!
