Great classes with amazing instructors!!
such a great class with great and helpful instructors! they definitely make you put in the work but i really enjoyed it and am looking forward to going throughout the summer.
If you're looking for a new place to sauna and/or cold plunge you've found it! It is my new favourite place to spend my rest time and since getting my membership I haven't looked, I cannot recommend enough :)
I’m new to Halifax and I was looking for a new place to go for Pilates, Yoga, and sauna and cold plunges. My experience here at Rinse and Rest has been absolutely fantastic! The space is clean, well managed, great services, powerful classes (all levels!), friendly faces and all around helpful for all levels. I would highly recommend visiting the R Studio locations if you’re looking to get started. 5/5 no doubt.
