As a foreigner I wanted to make an appointment and visit your clinic. I felt sick and I was thinking may be I have pneumonia. Two collegues had already it. But it was not possible to visit the clinic, because I didn't receive appointment date in the coming days. The earliest possible date was seemingly in one month. Who knows in one month i am alive or not. It means, i have to visit the emergency room in an hospital where I have to pay double. It is crazy
Dr. Clarke was great, took time to explain thoroughly, excellent bedside matter. Staff / Nurses that's another story, found them to be Rather Rude & not have a caring Spirit. Dr. Clarke 5 star's....Staff 3 star's. Ladies I think you need to be a tad bit more nice instead of being pushy & Rude !!!
