Wanna send a shout out to Vera Respicare employee who came to my home today on a Saturday to deliver my extra small nose pillows that had got lost in transit also went over problems. I was having with my machine. I was so grateful.
Mr Dwayne was amazing and gave very good details for using the cpap machine for the first time ever.
I received excellent service from Taylor H today who very very clearly explained to me how my insurance plan works and what is covered when ordering new supplies for my CPAP. It is so refreshing to receive effective and personalized service that provides immediate answers in a friendly positive way. I appreciate Taylor’s attention to detail and Respicare’s investment in its employees - who provide very high-quality service - in an age where high quality person to person customer service no longer exists at many businesses.

Very difficult to deal with making an appointment to arrive at office sit in lobby and be ignored for 30 minutes Do yourself a favor find another supplier!!!
