I was referred to Respicare in Cary by the provider that did my sleep study to get fitted and set up with a CPAP unit. Their office was easy to get to, very clean and neat. Reception staff was very nice (including the receptionist I spoke with on the phone to set up my appointment when I had questions about my insurance, I think her name was Jenny). Very disappointed in cost cutting that has lead to a substantial drop of service. They now use a 3rd party call center whose headsets don’t work. And they failed to communicate to me for 2 weeks that they were waiting on a new prescription. I then was told I can be put on a list of people who actually get called and emailed from people at the actual business, not a 3rd party. Dwayne, fix your business.
