This review is for ManagePro LLC, an arm of ReSpace. If I could give no stars, I would. Be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed throughout your lease and after move-out. Our experience with this property management company was extremely frustrating. When we toured the property, the person conducting the tour did tell us that tenants were responsible for maintenance costs. Easily one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. Sandi Posey is a pro, as well as being personable and fun to visit with, and the online portals make everything extra easy!
I enjoyed living in the condo I rented from them for two years, but unfortunately my experience with management and resident care was very disappointing. Communication and responsiveness are major issues, and it is often extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone or receive timely updates from Mange Pro or ReSpace or whatever this company is called.
