I have bought and sold many homes over the years and Dustin Johns is by far the best Realtor I has ever worked with. He's extremely knowledgable and professional. On top on that, he saved us $14,000 with his flat rate sellers commission!!! Do not even consider using anyone else, especially if their charging 3% on both sides!
