Overall very few problems with their payroll system, but charging me $75 for an IRA rollover when I'm being forced out doesn't sit right with me. That's more money than I even made through my 401k they set up with Vanguard, so I would've made more money just keeping my contributions in a savings account.

They have little respect for others time. On 2 different occasions I was told that my check was ready to be picked up. The first time I went there, and was told once I arrived that my check wasnt ready to be picked up. I told them I would not have time that day to return to pick up my check if it was ready later, so I would be in the next day. The woman said that would be fine. Amazing customer service on boarding our employees was very easy great prices more affordable than I thought it was going to be and I can now offer my employees benefits which is proving to be the best way to keep the employees happy and loyal and I'm happy two because I can provide a huge list of benefits for only 50 dollars more a month for all my employees it's a very easy choice and they do everything if your still handling payroll STOP come talk to them it's made my business way more profitable because I can handle what... read more

We decided to setup a new payroll company out of the St George office and we have had nothing but trouble. HORRIBLE communication, payroll dates continued to be delayed, and they never met a single deadline. This is something I would expect from a company that is soon to be going out of business.
