Mary Davis needs a serious employee evaluation. This company has extreme predatory practices of cold calling people and then when the person calls back having them sit on hold being told they are #1 in the que only to be forwarded to a voicemail for Mary. Call the main line and they are useless !
I really thought this company was about helping people. I thought we were there to help people that didn’t have insurance. It’s really about them getting big accounts paid by obtaining insurance. That way they get paid a lot of money. There’s no real training on Medicare or Medicaid but these people entrust this company with their lives. Their livelihoods.
