It's unbelievable how they deceive people in the description of the agency on their flyers. This agency should be shut down. They are very irresponsible and not professional. They claim to have skilled nurses when they don't. They took 3 months to get me an attendant when I needed them immediately and didn't provide me with anyone while waiting when my service coordinator from United Healthcare, my health insurance, who told me that they are required to provide me with an attendant at least once a week while waiting for the ... read more
