The doctor was awesome but this company is the worst! I hit my max out of pocket and they keep charging me. I called and after almost a half hour was told a manager would call me back. Finally she did and said yes, they’d overbilled me and requested the refund. That was November. It’s now March and I am still getting a bill to pay from them. Dont use these people. You can never get through to anyone. The customer service is below a one star. After your operation, you get to deal with incompetent service provider.

The voicemail is always full you can never talk to anybody. They refuse to give an itemized bill when you call the supposed business office. And the girls that I've spoken with are very rude and told me that I cannot get an itemized bill until after the payment is fully submitted. I don't think so that's not going to happen. They sure want your money and they want to get paid they really need to think twice on how they talk to people and I don't understand how they're still in business.

Been trying to pay a bill for a week. The phone number ALWAYS has a VM that says the mailbox is full and the website it leads you too will not process payments. It's RIDICULOUS!!
