I about love Resort cleaning. I have been use their services since 2018 or 2019 I believe. They’re fabulous. The customer service is like nothing I have ever seen before. I will not be changing providers.
Resort cleaning has been making my life easier for 7 years. I can email their customer support right now, and get a response in less the. 10 minutes. And that’s the beautiful part of this relationship. I don’t have to get on the phone. And I know I’m talking to someone here in the states just a hop and a skip away.
Best customer service out of all our vendors hands down. Prompt, professional, helpful.
Regardless of the quality of this service, the management and owner of this company are spineless and lack any integrity. The owner, Jim Duncan, has called me twice providing updates to why their software/customer service canceled a cleaning which caused a guest to arrive to an uncleaned short term rental. What he has refused to do is take accountability for the issue and the subsequent loss of income and out of pocket expenses that we incurred to make it right for the traveler.
