We were in the car about 4 hours into our 8 hour commute to the beach when we got a call telling us our condo had been cancelled and they moved us to another condo in the same location. This is THE WORST company I have ever dealt with! I am not one to take the time to write a review, but I am doing so to try and prevent others from having to experience what I have. I booked a stay with Resort Collection through Air BnB for this coming March. Since I had provided my age and had never used Air BnB I did not think about or know that additional age requirements could exist. I would love to give no stars or negative stars. In the email information given I was told I had to download the app if I wanted to do express checkin, so I did. I got an email at 10 AM saying that check in started after 2 o'clock leading me to believe that we could check in possibly early. We got to the resort at 1:30 PM and Wyndham offered to keep our things but I did not talk to the desk since my email said I would check in online. If I could give a minus star, I would. We rented from Resort Collection at Long Beach, PCB. We were charged for a deluxe unit, which I did not mind paying the extra assuming I would get a decent unit. Man, do not rent from these people. The unit is inundated with roaches, run down, moldy outdoor furniture and blood stains on the curtains. We book through Airbnb for our honeymoon trip to Panama City. We had issues from the start. I paid for a stay from Sep 26-Oct 2. Our wedding was on the 26th and we planned on making the drive that night. However, we decided to stop half way and finish the trip Monday morning. Rented from Resort Collections (Long Beach) July 27th for 7 nights. I was in the condo 5 minutes and knew we had been taken advantage of. Filthy, mode, ripped furniture, bugs/spiders, broken washing machine, along with many other problems. Went back to the front desk and tried to explain. They did nothing to correct the problem. Classic bait and switch!!! We rented a penthouse we found on there web sight that looked newly remodeled and had a amazing 180 degree view of the beach but when we got here they gave us a much much older unit that had not been updated sense the 1980's ( with to many problem to list here ) with a view that was partially blocked by two large buildings. I recently visited the Syechelles Condominiums in Panama City Beach , Fla. My friend had rented the condo and told me I would have to buy a parking pass when I arrived on April 1 , did not arrive till 8 pm so the office was closed .
