We had the pleasure of meeting Sandy and getting her help with a fractured wrist for our mom. Mom had a surgery and needed physical therapy treatment. Sandy was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Our mom felt immediately comfortable in getting the treatment from her. Sandy helped her a lot with hand exercises and made her wrist get back to shape. I have worked with Sandy at Resonance Physical Therapy and Wellness for the past few months. I was referred by my neuro surgeon in an effort to prevent fusion surgery on my left si joint. I was feeling pretty hopeless that I could find help with my bladder pain after 2 months with no relief from doctors, food monitoring, medicine etc. I was reluctant to go to a physical therapist because in the past they haven't helped and only made things worse when I had some shoulder pain due to bursitis. However, I'm so glad I went to see Sandy for my pelvic floor pain. After just a few sessions I started to feel better and after 4 sessions I am pain free. Sandy has been a tremendous help with my knee, back and foot pain as no doctor has been able to before. Turns out its all connected! She treats the whole person- diet, lifestyle, exercise, stretching. She took the time to study my body's mechanics and get to the root of my issues. She's a warm and easy person to talk to. She takes the time to listen and understand. She's very sincere and truley cares about her patients.
