RecommendedSandy is very thorough and thoughtful in her assessments and treatment. I came to her for for PT while pregnancy. She explained everything from a basic perspective, which helped me understand the linkages in my body and really enjoy learning and going to PT. She gave me a lot of great exercises to practice at home and always sent me a written guide so that I wouldn't forget how to do them. Sandy is also kind, professional and very flexible with her schedule.
