Customer received a prompt and professional response to their request for a service proposal. Customer opted not to accept said proposal. We are unaware of any deficiencies in "Quality" or "Customer Service" for a service not accepted nor rendered. Pricing was well below industry average, therefore the "Value for Money" rating must be relative to an isolated matter outside of our control.
