The lack of communication with scheduling when they will come back for follow up service has been a challenge. The guy who came to provide the follow up to disinfect the area had a very bad attitude. He asked why I was in a hurry to have the area checked. The two guys who provided the original service of placing the screening were awesome. They shared exactly what they were doing and why.

Courteous, on time, professional service. Locally owned, so calling gets a live person who can answer questions and get you in touch with the tech if needed. References backed that up through their own experiences.

They came within the allotted time, did a great job even got to see the spray barrier work on a palmetto bug after they left. Good team at resolve. Signed up for 3 more quarterly services
